In January 2021, INTO OSU initiated a project in partnership with the OSU Office of Institutional Diversity to create an INTO OSU Diversity Strategic Plan that will sit alongside the INTO OSU 5-year strategic plan.  

The outcomes of the project are to:
  • Advance organizational goals for inclusive excellence within INTO OSU, and in alignment with INTO OSU’s strategic plan, OSU’s Diversity Strategic Plan, and Strategic Plan 4.0
  • Create conditions for critical and inclusive organizational change with respect to employee recruitment, belonging and success

 

The project started in January 2021 and is expected to conclude in Winter 2023.  It follows OID’s Adaptative Strategic Planning for Inclusive Excellence Framework and will be carried out with the full support, guidance and learning tools of OID.  The INTO OSU Planning Team is chaired by Courtney Pahl, Director of Student Success Services.  The Team will be seeking input from all INTO OSU community members in a variety of different ways as part of the process.

Fall 2021: Team learning and envisioning

Winter 2022: Assessing and data gathering

Spring-Summer 2022: Analysis, synthesis, and designing

Fall 2022: Re-assessing, data gathering, and re-designing

Winter 2023: Submitting recommendations for implementation
