In January 2021, INTO OSU initiated a project in partnership with the OSU Office of Institutional Diversity (OID) to create an INTO OSU Diversity Strategic Plan that will sit alongside the INTO OSU 5-year strategic plan.

The outcomes of this project are to:
  • Advance organizational goals for inclusive excellence within INTO OSU, in alignment with INTO OSU’s strategic plan, OSU’s Diversity Action Plan 2024-2030, and Strategic Plan 2024-2030.
  • Create conditions for critical and inclusive organizational change with respect to employee recruitment, belonging, and success.

INTO OSU's Diversity Strategic Plan 1.0 formation started January 2021 and concluded Winter 2023. It follows OID’s Adaptative Strategic Planning for Inclusive Excellence Framework and will be carried out with the full support, guidance, and learning tools of OID.
