If you are an international student supported by INTO OSU services and have a complaint or issue about your class or any other INTO OSU services, please speak with the person who is most suitable to help you, such as your instructor. It is very common in the United States to speak directly about an issue and most can be resolved this way. The INTO OSU Student Care and Conduct Coordinator is also available to discuss any issue. Appointments can be made via email or at the ILLC Welcome Desk.
